These are complex transactions and clients engage their own professional tax, legal and finanical advisors.

Activities Restricted to Bermuda

All private placement transactions are completed in Bermuda or other acceptable offshore centers. We conduct no sales or solicitation activities in the US or in any other prohibited jurisdiction.
