Acadia Holding Corporation, which operates under the marketing name, Acadia Financial Group, is a Delaware financial services holding corporation, with offices in Coconut Grove, Florida.  It is the owners of Acadia Life International Limited and Acadia Life Limited.  Acadia Life International Limited has been in continuous operation in Bermuda since 1997 and was acquired by Acadia Holding Corporation in 2002.

Acadia Life International Limited and Acadia Life Limited are both licensed in Bermuda to carry on long term insurance activities on an exempt basis.

We make no sales to Bermuda residents and do not carry on solicitation or sales activity in the US or in any other prohibited jurisdiction.

Acadia Life is the marketing name for Acadia Life International Limited and Acadia Life Limited.  Both companies are part of the Acadia Financial Group and utilize this name for marketing purposes.

Our external auditors are Grant Thornton, LLP of Hamilton, Bermuda and our legal advisor in Bermuda is Conyers Dill & Pearman. For U.S. accounting matters we use Ernst & Young for our 953(d) company tax preparation and tax compliance advice. For US legal matters we have retained Wilmer Hale LLP and Blazzard, Grodd & Hasenauer PC.
